Bids are accepted until the date and time listed on the Repossessed Collateral For Sale list. All bids are opened at the same time.  The collateral is sold to the highest bidder.  Sidney Federal Credit Union reserves the right to accept or reject any bids on the repossessions.

It is hereby further agreed that if this bid is accepted by Sidney Federal Credit Union, I (we) shall be prepared to reimburse Sidney Federal Credit Union the full amount of the bid upon being awarded the sale.
